Halas West 2
Forest Falcons 2
The U9s West fell behind to Forest Falcons early on after a
defensive mix up, but Joshua Parsons equalised with a powerful
strike inside the box. Halas continued to dominate in the second
half eventually going in front when Parsons scored his second.
Halas had chances to make sure of the game before they conceded
late from a short corner to make the final score 2-2.
Nunnery Wood 1
Halas Dynamos 3
The U10s Dynamos came out 3-1 winners in their South Staffs Cup
game against Nunnery Wood. Halas dominated the first half and
deservedly came in at the break three goals up after strikes
from Jake Saxton, Jack Blunt and Connor Smith. Nunnery played
really well in the second half scoring a consolation goal, but
excellent defending from Halas saw them through to the next
round. The man of the match award went to defender Harry Vine,
who was immense all game.
Halas Hawks West 4 Pelsall Villa 2
The U11s West progressed to the next round of the South Staffs

coming from two goals down. Halas' goals were scored by Aaron
Leddington, Cameron Milne, Jimmy North and Jamie Theodosi.

strike from just outside the box that finished in the top
corner. Three further goals came from Josh Spenser, Jordan
Sturman and man of the match, Ryan Howard. Halas conceded a late
goal pushing forward trying to build on another impressive
performance. Man of the Match, Ryan Howard

Halas Hawk 3 Gornal East 3
The U10s went three down in the first half against Gornal but a
spirited second half fight back gave them a 3-3 draw, with goals
from Rebecca McAleenan, Brodie Rumsey and player of the match,
Chloe Adderley.
Halas Hawks 4 Gornal Girls 4
A great game was played between the U13 and Gornal girls. Gornal
went into an early lead but Halas fought back with two goals
each from Jess Morton and Elisha Rose only to see Gornal put up
a spirited fightback to make the final score 4-4. It was an
excellent team performance but particularly by Alison Dowen and
Abbey Willingale.
Droitwich Spa 4 Halas Hawks 4
A very entertaining game was played by the U14s and Droitwich,
who went two up in the first 15 mins only for Rhianne Murray and
Megan Ingram to level it before half time . After the break
Droitwich again took the lead but Halas fought back with Murray
and Ingram again finding the net. In a frantic last five minutes
Droitwich got the equalizer. Player of the match was Sophie
Kinsey.
Willenhall 1
Halas Hawks 5
The
U16s met Willenhall having a comfortable 5-1 win with goals from
Rebekah Trevis-Smith (2), Tash Berry (2) and a penalty from
Shanice Mayers.
Netherton Ladies
3 Halas Ladies 2
A below par performance from the Halas Hawks Ladies, and only
having 10 players available meant that that Halas faced an
uphill struggle from the start against Netherton. Katie Monk
gave Halas the lead twice in the first half, but Netherton drew
level straight away on both occasions. An injury reduced Halas
to nine players midway through the second half. Netherton took
advantage of this, scoring the winner shortly afterwards.
